You have two options to solve this:
– You can send us your email address and we will attach the content file .xml for you.

2, The Screen Options allow you to choose which items you can use to add to a menu. Certain items, like Posts are hidden by default. The Screen Options are located in the top right corner of your WordPress Dashboard.
Step 1 – Locate the pane entitled Pages.
Step 2 – Within this pane, select the View All link to bring up a list of all the currently published Pages on your site.
Step 3 – Select the Pages that you want to add by clicking the checkbox next to each Page’s title.
Step 4 – Click the Add to Menu button located at the bottom of this pane to add your selection(s) to the menu that you created in the previous step.
Step 5 – Click the Save Menu button once you’ve added all the menu items you want.
Your custom menu has now been saved.

– We only can help you to fix errors coming from WooCommerce after it has been activated. Please send us your FTP + Admin Login info.

May I ask you?
Where do you save all customization? If you have saved customization in style.css file, they will disappear when updating the theme. You have to move them into Theme Options > Custom CSS or style.css file of the Child Theme.
After that, please update the theme to the latest version and get back to me. I’ll fix if there is any bugs.

About Revolution Slider. You do not need active or take care about that message active.
You can update Revolution Slider with the license code. BUT, buying a theme which is bundled with Revolution Slider (like our themes) does not mean that you also buying a license for a Revolution Slider. The Revolution Slider come bundled with the theme files and you don’t have to buy or register it. We provide updates on a regular basis after we test the plugin for theme compatibility we include it in the latest theme version, you can find it in /plugins folder.So you just don’t have a license key and can’t get automatic updates. You can purchased on there : http://codecanyon.net
We bought an extended license to be able include it in our theme, and we own only one license key (as well as in case with single license), theme buyers are not allowed to use that key.

The big problem here is that your site has been customized too much and it is getting into a mess.
The best solution now is:
– Copy all your customization into Custom CSS or install the Child Theme, then copy all customization into style.css file to save your changes so far.
– Next step, update the theme.
– Get back to us, we will fix bugs to make it work as the demo.

You are able to do yourself, exactly, it will be working itself 🙂 Because the Widgets are imported correctly already.
Yesterday, I checked and found that you imported an incorrect plugin, it’s the reason why the Widgets were not imported.

In the first time you translated the entire theme, some terms were still not translated. This is due to those terms are out of automatically translatable file. Therefore, we have to translate them manually.

The style of the Footer will automatically get from CSS style. But if you would like to make it different from our demo, please custom style in Theme Options > Custom CSS.
To set the number of columns/ padding/ margin/ background for Footer(Footer top/ Footer Bottom), please go to Dashboard > Theme Options > Footer.
To edit content of the Footer, please go to Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets, then open these sidebars to edit:
