Sorry but I would like to point out for you that the reason why we need your FTP is just because something has changed since you customized your site.ΒIn our files, our demo site works correctly. So we have to check on yours to config something to make them work with all customization.
We should have told you this before. We just hold responsible for installing the theme, fixing bugs and only some easy customization.Β
And we shall not ask you FTP anymore if you can’t. This is the last time I write about it. Anyway, we’ll try to resolve issues for you with another methods.

– If your website takes too much time to load maybe you should:
Install a Cache Plugin for WordPress. We recommend W3 Total Cache.
Install an Image Compress Plugin. We recommend WP Smush It.
Install a Database Optimizer Plugin We recommend WP Optimize
Reduce the number of posts on the page
Reduce the number of unnecessary plugins.
Use more icons and less images.– Yes, the theme definitely integrates with Open Table. You can install and activate the Open Table Widget Plugin then get shortcode Open Table to use. Ah, you can custom style for it. (you can use style from contact form 7) π

2. To make your menu and social icons into one row, please config the number of menu items. When there are many menu items, social icons will drop down in the next row.
3. To turn off the header banner, please turn it off in Theme Options Panel. (Sticky Header)
4. The right side box is shown as demo site.

Just the problem of your host. Upgrade it so that your site will load faster. What you need to do is to contact your host support and ask them to upgrade host.
And after upgrading host, please enable Less Design in Theme Options Panel and config on it.Thanks!

The reason why is the width of logo. Make it smaller is better for IP5.
We tested on IP6, it works properly.Here is solution:
Add CSS into /templates/aqua/css/template.css
Adjust width 150 – 200px
@media (max-width: 320px)

The reason why we could not use one-click import demo data is that your host has some low values.

-PHP Time Limit should be at least 600.
-Max Upload zise should be 10 – 15MBNow what you need to do is to contact host support and ask them to increase those values.
Then get back to us to inform the result, we will do the rest things for you π
