To use Visual Composer elements or our shortcodes, please click on element that you want to add, then a setting box appears, you can config its contents then save settings.
We are support team and we just hold responsible for installing the theme, fixing bugs and some customization. Sorry because we can’t help you to get to know Visual Composer and WordPress. You can search GG or use our documentation.

Sorry to hear the issue still remains. Our theme has checked carefully before releasing from ThemeForest and the live site is working properly.
You can view source of this http://preschoolsupport.jwsuperthemes.com to see the main.js file. We didn’t see that file on your code. It maybe a conflict from plugins.If you can, please give us an empty wordpress site, that means only install wordpress on your host, no additional plugins, we will install site on your server.

I checked and I found VC working normally. There is a new VC version, please update it!
http://prnt.sc/ak4jhkAbout Revolution Slider. You do not need active or take care about that message active.
You can update Revolution Slider with the license code. BUT, buying a theme which is bundled with Revolution Slider (like our themes) does not mean that you also buying a license for a Revolution Slider. The Revolution Slider come bundled with the theme files and you don’t have to buy or register it. We provide updates on a regular basis after we test the plugin for theme compatibility we include it in the latest theme version, you can find it in /plugins folder.So you just don’t have a license key and can’t get automatic updates. You can purchased on there : http://codecanyon.net
We bought an extended license to be able include it in our theme, and we own only one license key (as well as in case with single license), theme buyers are not allowed to use that key.
To update our plugin include on our theme. Please delete current version then click re-install on top message about plugin requires. Thanks and let me know if you need another assistants!

To use ‘Global Option’, it means to use the same header for all pages, please go to each page, in Metabox you will see the ‘Header’ tab, then select ‘Global’ http://prntscr.com/dia2qb
After that, please set the header layout in Theme Options. The selected header layout will be used for all pages.

SophieAh, sorry, I must tell you this before deciding to restore the theme.
I see your site has many customization, if we restore the theme, your site will return to the original like our demo. I guess you will think about it carefully.
If not, please upgrade theme to the new version, 1.5.0.
And also please check your link if it is correct or not, some css, js files not found.
The theme had been checked carefully before releasing from Theme Forest. Maybe your host has problem which brings troubles to you.
Please inform us your final decision in the next reply.

I understand what you mean. The date text shows the publish date of the post, it doesn’t and couldn’t show the future day. I know this is an inconvenience and not good feature. We will update a better version, at least, so that it could show the future date to arrive.
And here is SOLUTION: We installed a plugin and now it shows the future date exactly. Please take a look at this note

This is just a text button, it will display the post with the date publish. It’s not event function. Sorry for this inconvenience!We will update the new plugin to make it work properly in the next version. The Open Table plugin will be used instead of Form like this.
Temporarily, the solution is to install an event plugin.

1. To remove the setting icon on the left side
– Go to Theme Options > General Settings > Show Box Style (turn it off)
2. To remove cart icon
– Put this line of code into Custom CSS:
.wrap-mini-cart {display:none;}3. To make ‘Meet Our Team’ good visual, please change this
4. To edit pages
– Please go to Pages > All Pages and edit by Visual Composer.
– To edit Header content, Footer content, WooCommerce Shop, etc… Please go to Appearance > Widgets
– To change Primary Color, Menu Padding, Typo, Shop/ Post layout, Title Bar, etc… Please go to Theme Options and remember turn the Less Design off before saving any changes here.

I’ll explain as following:
1. Footer
– Please go to Appearance > Widgets from Dashboard, you will see many sidebars. Please find the Widgets which contains Footer’s contents then edit them.
2. Meet Our Team
– Please go to Pages > Homepage 7 > Click on Edit button of Team shortcode and config the number of post to display.
3. Sub Menu
– Firstly, please go to Appearance > Menus and do as follow attached image below.
– Second, please go to Appearance > Widgets and do as follow attach image below.4. The height of the main menu
– Please go to Theme Options > Main Menu > Menu Padding.
5. Dreamweaver
– Yes you can. You can also use Notepad ++ or Sublime text.

From Dashboard, please go to Theme Options, you will see the Less Design. When you turn it on, every changes you made in style.css will not be saved and they will be saved when you turn it off. However, whenever you turn it on again, your changes will disappear.The best solution is to save them in Custom CSS or in style.css file of Child Theme.
