Hi! thanks for trying to solve this shop sale product problem. but I can’t really say now if it’s solved or not because…any links is working right now.
Listen, since you entered the website, probably because you switched to english to work on it (because the wordpress dashboard was in spanish), all the links of the shops are not working anymore AND THIS IS IS SERIOUSLY BAD BECAUSE THE SHOP IS ONLINE and I dont know/remember how to fix it.

PREVIOUSLY
TO ACCESS TO any PRODUCT IT WAS for instancE:

and now is

which is the same in english producto is spanish- product is the english word.

TO ACCESS TO any category IT WAS for instancE:

an now is turned to:

I hope you can how this small difference makes the site impossible to use!!
PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO SOLVE THIS because right now all the menu links which are set to go spanish are going ENGLISH:((

I can remember that this happens everytime you enter, but now I don’t remember how to solve it. It has to be something related with the language switch right??
Please, this is very URGENT. Any shop page or product is appearing as NOT FOUND as I speak.

In fact in the widgets footer 3 and 4 are showed and filled correctly with the information we want as I showed you in the first post. I also tried to switch to 2 or 3 columns format but it doesn’t work anyway.

Hi, I checked again and still, those two sentences are not appearing in the po/mo files so..I can’t translate them. The phrases are still appearing untranslated in my webpage.

A small update about the translations po/mo:
I did everything you suggested and it worked 99% fine with the po program.
I could translate ALMOST everything!
But there a few things are impossible to translate because there’s no corresponding word even in English in the .po file. or because, even if I translated it, it’s not displaying the translation anyway.
I uploaded, after failing, a plugin Loco Translate which updates online the .po/mo files but still…I had the same issues, the plugin works super great but with those issues failed like the po edit program you suggested.

I wish you can give me your opinion!

These are the 4 exactly issues I am experimenting.

Hi,sorry I don´t get it.

Is related with the HEIGHT of the MENU , just on on mobiles.
ON mobile devices what I don’t understand is why in my homepage I can see my entire logo

BUT if I browse the intern pages the logo is cut out, for instance the shop page –>http://prntscr.com/enkheh

When the width expands like on ipad devices it comes back to an acceptable view->>>http://prntscr.com/enkm0v, the white bar is bigger and so I can see the logo entire again.

The columns are set and look super nice but..it disappears too quickly to have the time to click on it.

I purchased the theme through Theme Forest and I can’t see a new update of your theme. where I can find the update of the theme?
Normally Theme Forest sends me an email when a new update is released. I didn’t receive any from Petta so I am a bit lost on that…
About the css are you suggesting to copy all the css. file inside Custom css box once I have my new theme?
Still I am waiting an answer on the SIGN IN BUTTON..

Is necessary to have the profile builder plugin activated, right?

I tried to activate also the plugin “profile builder” widget LOGIN and I attached the result:

What is wrong then? I am in despair..
Also the pluginin should creat a log in /log out page..and I can’t see none of that.

Also second question about the footer:
I am attaching a second view of the footer.
I set the background footer to white, but I can’t find a way to set color for titles of footer widgets.
As you can see is now in white on the white background. So where I can change the colours of footer titles widget texts?
They are set in white (maybe because in your customization they are white on a grey background?). To be readable I would like to turn them on black. How I can do that?
