Hi there, I was hoping you could help me. I have recently updated your theme and the result is just white screen back and front end.
My support has expired, but I figure you should still be able to help me?
I have tried reistalling it several times and disabling plugins and checking everything is correct and it seems to be.

I have added:
<filesmatch “wp-login.php”>
Satisfy Any
</filesmatch>To the .htaccess file
It must be because you are in another country. Any computer here can access it it. Sorry about that.

I think you should upgrade your version PHP up to 5.4.x to smooth import.

Hi again, I have updated the php version. It isn’t anything to do with that. I have tried the latest update and it breaks the site instantly. I have to delete it via FTP to see the site again.
I just installed it in a completely different install of wp on another domain and it did the same thing.
I have zero issues using any other theme with this site and I have purchased several themes with no issue.
The first download worked. Up until the one I downloaded just before I contacted you.

Can I use the purchased theme on several websites?
Due to the single license policy, a purchased theme can be used on a single website. You will need to purchase our WordPress Theme again if you want to use it on another website.What is the best php version to use with WordPress Theme?
This theme requires PHP version of at least 5.3.x, but we recommend version 5.4.x or even better 7.x. Please contact your hosting company and ask them to update the PHP version for your site. -

I am running 5.6.30. It is not yet showing the change in the wordpress dashboard.
It still doesnt work. I don’t think it is an issue with the PHP.
I am not using it on more than one website I only want to use it on one, the domain I sent you. I installed in on another install for testing purposes, and it didn’t work.
I have sent the correct login details three times, you can see them in the thread above.
