Testimonial Carousel & Testimonial Sliders Not Working

Hi,

I’ve been trying to add in a Testimonial Carousel or Testimonial Slider into the homepage of the website I’m working on. Neither of them appear to be working properly. In fact, when I add them in, a box opens up that is trying to load the settings. The box never fills in with anything and a small circle keeps spinning in the middle. It never changes.

This has happened before with another element on the website. How do we fix this issue? Please see attached screenshots of the “settings” not working and the error that appears on the website’s homepage.
