REFUND THROUGH PAYPAL – Security Header is invalid

Hi – We take all payments through Paypal – most recent transaction yesterday.
Trying to issue a refund – and receive the error ‘ Security Header is invalid ‘ – then the operation is cancelled.
Given the above > all API credentials are correct.

*after last update – which i confirmed with you before upgrading is ok – we receive the error that Templates are outdated.
