The Page “404 Error” shows whenever there is an incorrect link.
Editing the page, however, does not allow me to alter the Heading and Footer to Global. They show up as different Header and Footer for other pages.

Why can’t you design the page so I can change it myself.
Or, for the benefit of everyone else who has purchased your theme, or will purchase it in the future, explain how to fix it here in the forums so we can find the information ourselves without having to ask the same questions over and over again?

Hi Daniel_Cielo,
Sorry for the problem you are facing and others seem to meet, too.
We’ll fix it for you in advance, and of course, we make sure this problem will be fixed asap and submit the theme to the TF as an updating.
Sorry if someone else meets the same trouble!

Please wait for a download link of an updating. We cannot login to your FTP, so we will fix it on our theme then give it to you, then you can update your site by yourself.
This feature will be resolved.Thank you for your patience!

I have just logged in via a web browser and Filezilla without a problem.
If you are using Filezilla, please note there is an incorrect http:// before the http://ftp.domainame.com.au in the information I previously gave you.
I didn’t see this in a copy+paste when I responded.

What is happening with this issue?

Hi Daniel,
We’ve fixed the error via FTP, but now we cannot test it via Admin site because you seemed to change the password.
Please test it and get back to us if the error still stays.
Thank you so much for your patience!

This is now changed correctly. Can you please explain what you did to make the change? If I decide on a new header and footer will I have to go through all of this hassle again?
The reason the password changes is that I don’t record what your password is for safety reasons. Every time you request a new password I generate a new password. With many tickets, delays in rectification are causing the password to be changed between tickets.

I just updated the theme as per your instructions on this ticket [https://jwsuperthemes.com/forums/topic/error-messages-showing-after-woocommerce-update/] and whatever changes you made have now been undone.
Could you please fix it again.

Hi Daniel,
The latest version of the theme now has not been fixed about this error, therefore after having the theme updated, the error comes to you again.
We just fixed it on your site only.
Now we will fix it again and of course we will tell you what we did to make the change in the next reply.
Thank you for your patience!

This has not been fixed yet. Can you please update as to when I can expect an update to this issue?

Yes, we will make some changes but this feature will be not changed. Because this is a hardcode-template just for demo. If we make it flexible for changing header/ footer, it will be broken if it goes with some other header layouts.
Sorry for my wrong answer above.
I’ll give you instruction to do later if it repeats when you update the theme. See a screenshot below and you will understand how to do:
