Thanks – Perfect.- While you are there – could you please update Advanced Custom Fields Pro and Visual Composer/WPBakery Page Builder also. so that I do not encounter the same problem again- where I am not prompted that ‘This theme requires the following plugins’ Thanks in advance
10/04/2018 at 8:27 AM in reply to: Theme Compatibility | Latest WP version 4.9.8 and Plugins plus Guttenberg #18379I tried this – and Is why i wrote to support. Deleting it doesn’t prompt the Plugin Install.
I don’t get the message _ “This theme requires the following plugins”
Tried logging in and out a few times after deleting plugin, and still no prompt to install Revolution Slider.
Try it and see!!!10/04/2018 at 6:08 AM in reply to: Theme Compatibility | Latest WP version 4.9.8 and Plugins plus Guttenberg #18377Hi Hoa (i was away from my computer yesterday).
No – it is not the latest version. I had to install an older version from another of my sites (that is also needing an update).
Can you please update the Plugin or provide me with a Download link and I will do it.
The old method (provided by JWS) of deleting the plugin – and then on Dashboard > Updates ‘Recommended Plugins from the Theme author’ options no longer seem to be occurring with updated WP versions.

From documentation – to upgrade Plugins requiring a product key that come with the Theme.
But the Plug-in is now not available – ie. This theme require these plugins to work properly – Slider Revolution.
Can you please supply or advise how i get this back.
many thanksIf all my customisations were in place – I would need to have my Child Theme Active.
Presently it is just your parent theme active (as you changed) that presents all the problems.
None of ‘my’ customisations are yet active these problems are with Native Theme.
The only reason ‘your customisations’ are not working – is because your templates were not updated. As I pointed out earlier in post – what was point of having a ‘Join Now’ button in Schedule/Timetable as in original theme if it only links to a general classes page. Then your individual classes would not link to a product??? To me – those very practical functions should have been updated in theme Template files.WooCommerce still tells me ‘Theme uses outdated Template Files’ – WooCOmmerce Status – or is that my fault as well?
Wow – again you accuse me of making changes.
No freelancer was hired.
Cache was cleared.
Clearly problems with this theme (update) and responsive mode.
I never installed Quick-View. Archival data will show that these were included plugins in your original theme.
Rule is never activate plugins that are not being used – and when i first try to optimise this theme in 2016 to load faster – you advised to turn most of these off.
Now you activate those plugins – site loads much slower.
I do know what i am doing! – I just shouldnt have to be doing the work of the theme developer -especially when all these problems surface after Theme update.- 1. Product “Quick view” image attached – detailing problem. SHouldn’t this also be appearing on Product Carousel on Home Page?
- 2. Styling of ‘Quick View’ pop-up need adjustment. (see Image) Alignment of Title, Image, Price are all out (shown in image) – butted up against top margin.
- 3. Gallery Images on Single Product level – not functioning or viewing to size.
**Please Note – as above post sent last night – both QuickView and Schedule are having problems with the ‘Responsive’ Mobile menu. – please view on mobile > topmarx.com.au < and click on Weekdays within Timetable. They do not appear (until you click on the White Space)

Product Quick view still not working.
Schedule weekdays view still not working.
Please view both of these on mobile device as well. Responsive styling needs work. These were both functioning properly before theme update.
PRoduct gallery images not viewing correctly. 2nd image viewing at full size.
Thank you.

And confirming ZERO changes were made to any logins.
This was exactly why i wanted these problems resolved on my testing site – so that the production site does not go down. Yet here we are. This reply has been marked as private. This reply has been marked as private. No I didnt change any details. I assume you are working on the site.
It is down – not how I left it on Saturday – and seems you are looking at the WC template files – which i signalled in earlier i think is what is causing the problem. WC System status says the fitness theme is using outdated template files. Screen Shot attachedAttachments:

This reply has been marked as private.Hi Again Team,
Just to advise – I have corrected the Footer Styling this morning and sidebars.
STill BIG issue with Shop and Products as posted above – Internal Server Encountered when loading pages.
Still Issue with Timetable styling – Days do not appear (as in pic posted above)
***Note – please dont use testing server DB to restore database – this has outdated WooC order data. This reply has been marked as private. This reply has been marked as private. This reply has been marked as private. This reply has been marked as private. This reply has been marked as private. This reply has been marked as private. This reply has been marked as private. This reply has been marked as private. This reply has been marked as private. This reply has been marked as private. This reply has been marked as private. This reply has been marked as private. This reply has been marked as private. This reply has been marked as private.First for some reason, your emails are no longer reaching me by email.
Second – to first point on gateway – you over-write the WC functions to remove Address & Shipping function from display.
WHen I press red CONTINUE button (first of Address – Payment – Complete process) it still fires the next page to jump to hash link at bottom of page – instead of top _ USERS ARE GETTING LOST WHEN THIS HAPPENS – having to scroll up to continue. Page loads as picture attached shows. Occurs on both Chrome and Firefox.Copied and pasted home page (SAVED) and previewed. Problem still persists with Timetable SHortcode and Products carousel Price shortcode Seen in image attached

At payment gateway – Checkout.
Stage two of payment process – after address is entered – when it jumps to ‘Payment’ , ie. address – payment – complete, page loads to the Footer ID (or BOTTOM of .main-content) – so the User has to scroll up ( and client has told me their older-aged clients are getting lost in the process)**Note – i did remove some *required form fields as these are virtual products not requiring shipping. This SYMPTOM is evident on both production server (not upgraded) and upgraded staging server.
Screenshot shows where page jumps to.

Any advice/guides with settings for Total Cache would be appreciated.I also noticed there are some problems with the Calendar Schedule – home page and Join A Class/Our Classes when viewing on mobile. Viewing behaviour seems inconsistent. When clicking another ‘day’ ie. Tuesday or Wednesday – it doesnt seem to list the ‘Classes’
Thanks Hoa Ngo,
I have a upgrade package of Fitness Theme from 11 December 2017 – will this be compatible with recent updates – as I have yet to upgrade.

I do need an answer on ‘What Functionality / loss of deign elements will I lose – if I DEACTIVATE the Less Design feature – and if it truly will Speed Up Site
07/13/2017 at 1:48 PM in reply to: Classes / Products integration & Product Thumbnails not displaying as set #7169I would be happy to remove Zoom Magnifier.
Isnt really right for my products/services.
Can you remove / deactivate. I turned off but still does not effect the thumbs.
BTW – I dont recall upgrading any of the dependent plugins until I could test on staging server with WC3.0.07/12/2017 at 6:03 PM in reply to: Classes / Products integration & Product Thumbnails not displaying as set #7152Hi Team,

When first using the Template I had ‘Less’ turned off and You Turned it on while offering initial support with issues.
07/12/2017 at 8:24 AM in reply to: Classes / Products integration & Product Thumbnails not displaying as set #7126Hi Hoa Ngo,
I only added the images in use after activating your theme – and haven’t changed any settings. I read a few posts about the regenerate thumbs plugin. I will see if it works. Now – where are your tutorials on optimising the site. I have tried with Total Cache but no good result. The page loads are SO SLOW. And this is after Optimising all images with Tinypng. It is the numerous Style Sheets and Assets loading, plus page order. Page source is enormous.
Please help as to how I can increase the user functionality of the site – I fear users are turning away – and only loyal clients are staying on page – even after the countless hours trying to make this theme work.07/11/2017 at 8:14 PM in reply to: Classes / Products integration & Product Thumbnails not displaying as set #7102Great.Now how do we fix the product thumbnails gallery to view at small size

- There are still inconsistencies – esp – with Home Page Font Size.
- Responsive menu is behaving badly for some pages as documented above – see shop page and Individual Product Pages (IN MOBILE VIEW) Font displaying as Serif rather than as default KARLA.
- Would Prefer Mobile Menu to Adapt Heading Fonts Specified
Second – WHY DOES MY CHILD THEME CSS FILE NOT TAKE EFFECT?? Is this being overridden by JWS Theme Settings. I want my CSS fixes to appear hidden in src view (ie. not available without having to do the usual poking about through style sheets:) )
