Thank you! When will the updated version be released? My client is going to ask me about these alignment issues and the site needs to go live no later than tomorrow morning, unfortunately.
And On the Shop page, the title defaults to the name of the first product instead of “Shop” or some other title. Is there a way to manually set the title in the area under the header?

And could you tell me how to remove these category boxes from the Shop page (see screenshot)? I can’t find a way to turn off that option.

You must be logged in to view attached files.Thank you, thank you! Quick thing though. There’s an alignment issue happening to search/cart in the top/right widget area on the single product pages. The content is also too close to the title area on the product pages also…just the product pages. I’ve attached screenshots.

I’d also like to add that the sidebar is set to display for the shop page and the single product pages in the theme settings but the sidebar isn’t showing on any of those pages.
I’m looking forward to getting this resolved. Thanks in advance for your help.

Thank you for your reply, Dai. But how do I include search in my layout? I did have it as a part of the layout but it was misaligned. Someone with JWSThemes made a change and it no longer shows up at all. I DO NOT want to use a different header layout.

You must be logged in to view attached files.Dai, thank you for your reply. I’ve been away for a family issue but am back now and am hoping to resolve this issue. I just want it to look like it does in the demo with the cart/account dropdown showing in the upper right corner. They WERE there. Someone with JWS seems to have completely removed the Cart/Account menu in the upper right of the page and also the search box. They WERE there and after I saw your reply they were gone.
I also want the search icon/box to be displayed. Again. It WAS THERE but the positioning was messed up for some reason. I see positioning issues in your demo as well (second screenshot). Thank you for your help.
And because of past changes that have been made I feel the need to say, PLEASE DON’T REMOVE FUNCTIONALITY FROM THIS SITE. And please don’t change page settings without my permission. In another thread I asked about something and the next day ALL of my pages had different menu settings than they did the day before. Those settings had nothing to do with what I had asked about. I had to redo the settings on 50+ pages to what I intended them to be.

Thank you for that explanation, Hoa. That leaves question number 1 to be addressed.
1) Individual product pages are not formatted on my site as they are in the demo (screenshot from the demo is included for reference. I used the demo importer so I’m pretty confused about why this would be an issue. It looks TERRIBLE.
Lifeproof, it’s not your cache plugin. I had the same issue with the currency position. There’s a setting in WooCommerce but THAT’S NOT THE ONLY ONE. You need to make the change in the WooCommerce Currency Switcher plugin settings. Go to Plugins and then click on settings for this plugin. I wish JWSThemes could get a handle on known issues to make this smoother for people trying to set up their themes.

Yes, I know, but that’s the way it was when I activated the theme. Every old page has that as a setting and there are quite a few. So, there’s no global override for that? I need to edit that setting on each page?

SaraI DID do that, Hoa. That’s the first thing I tried. BUT, I did just find that that setting is duplicated in the currency switcher plugin. I just made the change there and it’s working as it should. I hope that info is helpful to anyone else with this problem.
Dai, I appreciate your response but did you look at the screenshots I provided? The problem is not on the homepage, but in the interior pages. Note again that I’m referring to the PAGES and not POSTS content type. I can only achieve the full header if I remove the “Global” setting from each page’s options and select the header for each individual page. I need the Global setting to work.

I tried that first, of course. I didn’t work. As you can see, only the menu shows. The logo and other header information are missing. Do you have any suggestions? I’m extremely frustrated that a theme that should be plug and play is costing me valuable time.

You must be logged in to view attached files.Wow. I find it really unbelievable that this isn’t a TEMPLATE option and the only way to do this is page-by-page through Visual Composer. That’s just downright lazy of JWSThemes and it’s something that should absolutely be implemented in the future.
Unhappy customer here. I saw sidebars and it’s always been a template option in templates I’ve purchased. This isn’t something I would have known isn’t included. Shame.
I’m aware that blog POSTS can have a sidebar but I want to use WordPress’ PAGE content type and have a sidebar. These are two separate content types and have separate templates. How can I do that??
