Very slow website loading time

Hi,

1) I have problem with very slow website loading time.
When I change theme let’s say to basic Twenty Seventeen everything work just fine, but if I activate Vineyard theme everything goes abnormal slow. It has huge impact on my wordpress dashboard and website loading time. It takes about 7-9 sec to change between wordpress menu items and to load every page (even simple page like contact need the same time).
I have tried everything to optimize the load time of this theme and it still takes over 7 seconds before it starts to load content.

I enabled and set up W3 Total Cache, Database Caching, WPSmushed all images (plus TinyPNG), Regenerate Thumbnails… Also I have tried many another wordpress speed boosters a caching plugins but the result is the same. The issue is different I believe.

Seems like the problem is with theme!

2) Can you please advise how to translate some parts in woocommerce (pictures in attachment)? Woocommerce is 100% translated in Slovak language, but this parts are not changed.

Hi,

1. After all steps loading time is the same. There is something that is happening before even strats loading website page. Please log in to my website and check the issue.

2.

a) When I add product to cart then I get notification about adding product with button “View cart” (which I want to translate).

b) After filling contact information, on last step when I finish with order and get information that is everything ok, there is in proccess line this text “Payment” and in purchase order information is text “Order number” and “Payment method”.

c) Then I get mail notification about order and in mail is text “Our bank details”.

Hi,

I’m using tinypng and everything is compressed. Those couple tiny KiB’s are not the reason for 10 sec loading time. Problem is something else. Pls check the issue again.
You have my user and pass so pls log in and see if you can identify the problem. I have backups, you can experiment.

Hi Ferinko,

The issue you are facing is the image loading speed. It is problem of your image size & your server actually.

You can test the image loading speed directly in a very objective way here: https://gtmetrix.com/ – http://prntscr.com/f3hfxh – http://prntscr.com/f3hg1a

There are two ways to resolve this:

– Resize image;
– Improve your hosting server.

Hi,

it’s not problem with images. I have resized them and nothing.
As you can see, based on P3 – Plugin Performance Profiler scan it’s theme loading time problem. When I deactivate theme everything goes fine, after activating website loading time is about 10 sec. The same is with my WordPress dashboard – 10sec.

External files (javascript and css files) needs to be combined or removed if not needed, you can see that in test above.

Also, resources with a “?” in the URL are not cached by some proxy caching servers. Remove the query string and encode the parameters into the URL for recources in test we send you.”
