Urgent, help please!

I got this amazing theme called pain for my foundation website to show the world what i am doing to help in my society and since i installed it, i have been getting this forbidden message called http Error 500, I asked my host provider and they said its the theme that is causing this Error.
they said this…. ”The error logs shows error as below:
PHP Fatal error: Switch statements may only contain one default clause in /home2/dakinda2/public_html/wp-content/themes/pain/framework/presets.php on line 26”
I love the theme and that is why i had to purchase it, please help…

The 500 internal server error is host’s problem.
I recommend you should contact your host to resolve it.
And please check PHP version. It should be 5.4.x. or greater.
Ensure that any CGI or Perl scripts have at least .755. permission. Please, sure 755 permissions folder and 644 permissions file.
Please resolve this issue firstly. And then, We will install and import the demo data for your site.
