      I have uploaded and activated the theme but all it does is give me a the red loading dots and it has been doing this for the past 45 minutes. Seems very slow and bogged down. Please advise on getting this fixed or issuing a refund as soon as possible.

      I am not sure what the problem is I hit the link and I go straight to the log in page – At this point I would just like a refund for this theme as it is unusable and it is trying to get support is slowing down the development of the site
