unable to install Pain Theme – file missing style.css

Hello There:
I just purchase this theme last night (PAIN) and I am unable to install it as it is saying
that there is a file missing called style.css therefore it fails to install.
Please advise what is the best way to correct this problem.

is there a way i could get refunded?
or provide me with a better or equal theme that does works without any fails
so I don’t have to spend time here waiting for someone to get back with me?
This is some serious issue when you have items for sale and they are not 100%
operational.

i will need to receive a 100% working file in case anything happens
and i need to fix any future issues in WordPress and by chance no longer
have any support left.
