Hello, i bought your theme and could not use it until now. We use the newest WordPress installation with PHP 5.6. Everytime (after activating the theme) when i activate the Visual Composer PlugIn, the whole site crashes: HTTP 500 error
I contacted already my hoster, he can not help me and says it is a issue with the theme.
Appreciate your support.
I installed WP again and made an Update to the newest version and i uploaded the theme. Will wait for your actions now 🙂

Hi,
Thank you for contacting.
– Install Theme
– Install all require plugins. You can install 2-3 plugins / times.
– Active all require plugins. You can active 2-3 plugins / times.
Then watch this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UJTgmRF9kFQYou demo: http://test.prestige-gallery.com install and import all demo data within 10 minutes

Hi,
Unfortunately i am getting “HTTP 500 error” after activating the plugins. I have tried many times to fix this and finally thought of installing new WP again. Now i am scared to activate plugins and import demo content.
I followed the below link to import demo, but it did not helped me.
I appreciate if you help me to activate all the plugins and import all the demo content for me. All things are up to date: PHP 5.6, enough space in Mysql.

I have opened the “PRIVATE TICKET #1615385” an hour ago with all the login credentials.
I am requesting you to import all the demo content, along with activating plugins.
