Hi team!
Thank you very much for all your previous help.
I recently encountered another couple of issues.On one hand, the menu just desappears when I resize my window to tablet screen size. (it appears again when I start scrolling down the page though).
On the other hand (this is more important), the dropdown menu of the shopping car when in mobile size screen doesn’t work, doesn’t respond to any click.
Please could you help/guide to find a solution for these?

I still noticed that the menu is still disappearing between 1000px and 1200px screen width (very aproximately).
I’m attaching to screenshots, one with where we can see the menu just before the image loads, and another one where the image “hides” (apparently) the menu.Thank again

Thank you so much for your time and dedication. The problem has been solved!
And so as You requested I completely re-check my site for any other issue and I detected another one (with woocommerce checkout page) in which again the menu is broken (sorry if im not using the right words).
Could this menu look and respond like the others? (white background, responsive, with the widgets, navigation and logo)Thank You again for your help,

The issue still i think isn’t solved and now it appeared another issue (which was working fine before)On one hand, the menu of the “/cart” page still appears hidden when the page is freshly loaded (appears again when I scroll down).
But more essential to me, on the other hand, the shop stopped working :S
When I try to add a product to my cart, this is simply not added (despite the pages gives a message that the product has been added). Then I try to View my Cart, and it’s empty. One also can notice that because the small number of the cart widget (top right corner) displays a “0” all the time.This last issue makes me link to another one that recently appeared. I cannot access my wordpress admin because cookies are being blocked (I attach a screenshot that is in catalan language) and it says:
“ERROR: Cookies have been blocked by an unexpected error. If you need help, check this documentation or try the support forums.”Maybe the shop is not working anymore because the site can’t simply store anymore cookies? Does that make sense?
Can you create a link between all this information to create a solution for this?I very much appreciate your help in advance

I finally could solve the cookie issue and now the admin page is accessible again.
Do you have the time to solve the issue that I mentioned previsouly with the menu and check the “cart” widget which seems not to display the information about all the products in it.Thank you very much! Very appreciate it

Sorry, I’m kind of desperate :/
I was trying to fix the issue on my own and I ended up messing things up. I noticed my support has expired, but I do not mind paying an extension for your support if that helps me see the light in this project.
One thing that i noticed is that the issue was related to the Vineyard theme, because when I renamed in theme’s folder, wordpress switched to the default one and then I could log in and log out smoothly. I previously tried to deactivate the plugins, but that did not solve anything apparently.
So in one of those tries I did the following (that was the cul-de-sac, dead end for me):
– renamed the parent vineyard theme
– log in to admin wordpress
– go to the themes section
– clicked on “activate” the vineyard child’s theme (without the parent theme activated, i gave it a different name temporary using filezila)
– END, i cannot access the admin page, neither can see a thing in the refular website (a blank page)Please could you assist me? Please could put light in this? :/

I could finally actiavte the defaoult wordpress theme by renaming the Vineyard theme (parent and child) using ftp connection.
Now you can log in as regular.Please write me if you need anything from me and I really really hope we can put some light in here with your work.

feeling hopeless and confused after reading this.
Before I proceed to build the site again, I was wondering If you could tell me what coused the plugins to breake. Is there a way to prevent this from happening again? Is this issue realted to this theme particularly?
Also, is there a way to back up the whole or part of the site, in its structure or content? Do you have any documentation of how to make a fresh install of the theme? Is there an update of this theme (given that I have to reinstall it)?

Only you have trouble with this.

I could finally recreate the website and its structure and I’m heading back to you seeking for reparing some bugs I found (the same previous bugs).I listed all of them, they are related with the appearance of global menu, the cart top widget and a woocommerce page not displaying the product name.
– all pages –
> TB cart widget (all pages), on mobile/tablet size, not working properly. I can’t access to the content of my cart, it is not clickable, therefore no dropdown information is appearing
– regular pages –
> this page https://viramidus.es/nosaltres/ not displaying logo correctly (link to logo is https://viramidus.es/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/VIRÀMIDUS-LOGO-TRANSPARENTE-small-horizontal-1-1.png)
– woocommerce pages –
> (single product) https://viramidus.es/producte/viramidus-jove-negre/
– not displaying the global white header (the one selected in the “theme options” as global)

– not displaying the menu in any size
– the page header not displaying the product name> Cart page (https://viramidus.es/cart/) is not displaying any top widget

We noticed that almost this issue happens when you building your site.
You have checked all site after you imported the demo data.
And I think that isn’t the bug of our theme.
However, we will fix them for you if you still have support time.
So please renew support time if you want to receive assistance from us!

Hi Hoa,
thanks a lot! The site feels smooth now 🙂
There is a bug left that i noticed, and that is about the cart widget, which is not clickable in mobile/tablet size, therefore there is no way to acces one’s cart when in these devices.
Im attaching a screenshots to know where this happens.PLease could you make this clickable? With the dropdwon happening (containing the cart products)
