Site loading time exceptionally slow

Please activate the default theme to test.
Maybe,the reason caused this come from your host.
The load page speed is dependent on lots of element.
Please turn off Less Design in Theme Options,
deactivate the plugins that you don’t use, and optimal the images!
It make your site load faster.
