Hi!
I would like to link “go” button (Visual Composer) element to section id, so that the button would trigger scroll to id. How can I do this?
Thanks, Petra

Hi!
Please follow this:
– In Visual Composer you can edit your section (or row / title / tab …) and set that ID: http://prntscr.com/g589ib
– Inset a “go” button then edit URL: http://prntscr.com/g58am9
– Set URL #your_ID: http://prntscr.com/g58b7n -

Thanks, it works! Does it also work from the second level menu? So that the link on the submenu would jump to section on the same page?
Best, Petra

Hi Petra,
You can add a custom link to move to page that you want when you click on that element at the second level menu.
Thanks!

Yes, this works. But it doesn’t work on the same page – I want to click on the second level menu item which is linked to the section on the same page. It only works if I click it from other pages.

Hi, Hoa!
Thanks for your support. I am currently working on local environment so it is not accessible outside local network. If I don’t solve the issue before migrating it on live domain, I will let you know.
However, I am currently working on mega menu, which will also include custom links to sections. But I have another question regarding the mega menu. Since I would like to add the image to each sub menu item, I need a horizontal menu with images below each item. Is it possible to do this? There are only vertical menus on your demo sites. I’ve already tried adding images to menu items with widgets and it works, but sub menu items are displayed in vertical order.
I am attaching the image of how I would like to have menu items. Please let me know if your theme has this option.
Thanks, Petra

Hi! Thanks, I’ve tried this option but it doesn’t work – no image is displayed. I manage to do it by placing the widget. However, this is still the vertical menu, while I would need the horizontal. Please see the attached screenshot how the image is placed by adding the image widget.
