Product Carousel vidget does not work properly

Product Carousel widget does not work properly. If “Featured products” is selected to show, it shows all products from the selected category instead of featured only.

Description:

1. There is product category “We Love”. This category contains only 3 products, two of them are marked as Featured. Link to the category http://test.astrumseven.uk/product-category/welove/ ( see categoryWeLove.jpg)

2. On Home page edit: Under ‘Featured Products’ section open Product Carousel widget and select “We Love” category. Click Save -> Update page.

Result: Go to Home page -> Featured Products section -> Look at products. It is ease to see that all 3 products are displayed. So this widget displays all products (usual and featured).

What is expected: Only TWO products which are marked as FEATURED are displayed.
