Problems with the Homepage and Mobile menu button

Hello,

We do have some problems with the homepage of a website that we’re developing.
Just 20 minutes ago the homepage was totally blank… We tried to make a new homepage but unfortunately it din’t work out… Hopefully you can help us! Besides we do have some problems with the menu button on mobile devices, it doesn’t work at all. Thanks a lot for all the support! I like the theme a lot and I will leave a good review at ThemeForest.

But I have one more question.
I will attach a file in this reply. The form that a customer has to fill in is all the way to the left. How can I get this a little bit more centered? Because I don’t like it the way it is now. I hope you understand what I mean.

The login plugin that comes with the theme acts very strange. I’ll try to explain the problems.

When I go to Appearance —> Customize, there is nothing to find about woocommerce.
