Problem in theme option settings

Hi there!

I ve got problem after installing the theme, which is not able to get into the pages of theme option setting.
My site is popars.com
all pages regarding theme options at the back stage cannot be loaded.
Would you advice how to fix it? Thanks

Are you going to import demo data for me? As it’s difficult to start creating content without demo data in it!
