      Hello – I hadn’t connected in a few weeks to Wordpres and noticed this morning that only the background comes up. I also noticed that the visual composer is expired and I’m having a hard time to update it as it says I don’t have a licence.

      We don’t know you built your site before that.
      Did you backup the data?
      Please contact your host and ask them to restore the content for your site before the time you open this ticket.

      It would be very important to ask before overwrighting a clients data. This is very unprofessional. We didn’t have a backup as we were not expecting someone to delete everything. Hopefully our provider can restore our data.

      Is there someone on your team that is qualified to help once the data is restored?
