      To update theme please follow this steps below.
      1. Download the latest theme on ThemeForest.
      2. Activate the default theme.
      3. Delete old theme version.
      4. Install new theme version.
      5. Activate all required plugins.
      However, I think you should back up before updating the latest version.

      I followed these steps
      To delete the history and cookies, click Settings> Safari> Clear history and website data. …
      To delete the cookies and keep the history, press Settings> Safari> Advanced> Website data> Delete all data.
