Issues with the Theme installation

I have purchased this theme from you

i had installed wordpress on my site

Wordpress was running fine
but
as soon as i installed the theme
everything crashed

please let me know how to fix

as you have said
i have installed the default theme over there
and
I have deleted the financial theme completely..

i have also attached a screenshot for you to understand the issue that happend
on installation of financial theme

Right now
the default theme exist over there
Please look into the matter and provide me a solution

I had downloaded the nulled version of your theme which is freelly available
and
i am successful in installing it completely

but
the paid version was something that i was unable to install

I am fedup of using your theme now
Its really hectic

I am unable to install the premium theme that i had purchased
the premium theme contains bugs in it

also
i managed to find the nulled version of your theme,
I installed that properly
but
i am unable to import dummy contents
it has taken more than two hours, and it havent imported yet

this is very bad experiance of mine with JWSuperThemes

you have mentioned to install and import demo content for free on the theme page
if you could do this, then i would be glad
else
i need to source a different theme and i need a refund of what i had paid for the theme as its not usable for me

That is a version works well.
The problem come from your host.
I can see this error now.

Please increase the Php Memory Limit value!

If you don’t sure that you can done this please contact to your host.
And you can request them to increase max execution time, max upload time to decrease trouble when you imported the demo data once again!

Hi Team

I had purchased the financial theme from you,
i tried to upload that theme via wordpress dashboard, but
i am unable to upload the theme

then
i tried uploading it via ftp
the theme got uploaded,
but it was unable to get installed
when i checked into the dashboard,
it mentions as BROKEN THEME
