      Hi,

I recently uploaded your theme & dummy data onto my website however none of the content is showing up.

When I view individual pages, there’s content however when you go to the site live, the entire website is blank.

A couple of issues that might be linked with this:

      1. I tried to install all the necessary plugins required for the theme however the plugin installations failed. For example I tried installing the Woocommerce theme but the installation failed because “Destination folder already exists. D:/Domains/thesexyalchemist.com/wwwroot/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/”

Because I can’t install/activate woocommerce the following errors appear:

YITH WooCommerce Compare is enabled but not effective. It requires WooCommerce in order to work.

YITH WooCommerce Quick View is enabled but not effective. It requires WooCommerce in order to work.

YITH WooCommerce Wishlist is enabled but not effective. It requires WooCommerce in order to work.

YITH WooCommerce Zoom Magnifier is enabled but not effective. It requires WooCommerce in order to work.

Please help me in uploading all the required content and activating it so that the site is up with the dummy data.

      Thank you in advance!

      Hi Austemarie,

Seems to your site have some issue.
I activated the default theme to test. And I see the same error.
So I think this issue doesn’t come from our theme.
      Please check it!
      Hope you resolve this soon!
