      Hi,

      Theme is taking a long time to download and open each page. Is there anything I could do to make it faster?

      When I try to add a product to the cart it is taking a bit long o load. Can you please take a look? It has a turning wheel on the button (please see attached screen shot)

      Hi again,

      Because when you add a product to cart, your system have to update in Mini cart and at the same time redirect to Cart page.
      So, it take a period time.

      Can you make any suggestions how to fix this? I mean I can not have a customer waiting over 2 minutes for a product to load to a cart.

      Hi again,

      In our demo, when you click on button Add To Cart, the system won’t direct to the Cart Page.It’s only update quantity of the products in the mini cart.
      And we changed it for you.

      Hi There,

      Yes I did notice the changes. Thank you very much. I also noticed that my menu bar colors have been changed an my footer menu was also changed. (font color and LOGO) not sure if this was related to the changes or not.

      I also needed help with my cart.

      My developer is trying to input a flat rate shipping fee of $5.95 to the cart and check out pages. He is having trouble doing this would you please take a look?

      I am attaching some screen shots for your review.

      We created a free shipping coupon for purchases over $75 so when a customer reaches that amount in their shopping cart I would to just “free shipping ” listed on their and any purchases under that amount to have $5.95 flat rate fee.

      Do you think you can me with that? I would greatly appreciate it!

      ok thank you!

      I did notice that when the cart and products page was updated my header and footer content was changed. I am not sure if it was due to the changes that you have made but I had LOGO on the footer and my font was green.

      Is this something that you can fix?

      Hi again,

      Ok now the theme is running very slow again. Why does it take so long to upload each page. I can not have customers wait that long for a page to load, or a cart to load. Can you please take a look and fix this?

      Hi Gabby1780,

      1. We have checked it already. But we can’t see the issue like you said.
      Please clear your cache and check once again.
      2. Your site used to load stability. But after you build something it becomes slow.
      So please notice that it isn’t the theme’s error!
      Please turn off some plugins that you don’t use them. And please optimize your images.
      And please turn off Less Design to make your site load faster.
