How can I change the color menu and translate portfolio page

Hi there, everything is in my question. I have an issue with the color’s menu? Where can I change it ?
About the translation of articles and portfolios. I still have few words like “related project” etc … Where can I translate it and with wich plugin ?

1. To change menu color please go to Theme Options -> Color Scheme -> Menu color and change here.

Thank you very much for the translator plugin.
About the color menu.. I was asking about the background color. For the moment it’s transparent and black after scrolling and transparent and white on portfolio’s pages. I would like to change that.
