      Good day,

      We are now receiving the following errors on products in all browsers:

      Fatal error: Call to undefined method APCu_Object_Cache::incr2() in /home/content/a2pewpnaspod04_data03/01/4094001/html/wp-content/object-cache.php on line 242

      Can u assist urgently?

      Please let me know if you require ftp access.

      Now it seems that no error appears. Maybe your host has a problem

      Hi Loc,

      Thanks for your message. The error is still appearing across all browsers. Try viewing a specific product in a private window (Mozilla) or Incognito (Chrome.)

      We have already been in contact with the host – GoDaddy – they confirm the error is not on their side. They did advise that there might be a scripting issue that is causing the server to crash and end with Error 500.

      I changed the object-cache.php file. Please check again. If the problem persists please contact me
