      I want to install demo data. But i get the error that is “Failed to create tmp table _fwbk_wp_w3tc_cdn_queue. Unknown collation: ‘utf8mb4_unicode_520_ci'”

      How can i fix it?

      Hi,

      I did a bit more research on this and it looks like from what I found that the format utf8mb4_unicode_520_ci was introduced in MySQL 5.6, so this looks like it can cause issues with version pre 5.6 trying to use that format.

      Please, update PHP version to 5.4.x(minimum) and MySQL version 5.6

      I’ve had the same issue. The MySQL version was too old (5.1.x) and I had to switch hosting as they were unable to update it. Now it’s working fine.
