FAILD TO INSTALL DEMO WP CONTENT

i would like to address you the major issue while installing the Blance theme is DEMO content is not installing properly, Text & images & Footer data is missing,

in addition, plugin are not working as well E.g – User Pro

Please resolve the issue ASAP or Guild us.
