Please contact to your host and ask them to create database set utf8mb4 for you!
And then try to import the demo data once again.

Hi,
I talked to my host and they responded that they do not do coding or database problems since they can only handle hosting and server issues. they mentioned that this is most likely the issue:
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/42385099/1273-unknown-collation-utf8mb4-unicode-520-cibut again they are not allowed to do any coding for me nor do I know how to go in and edit it myself. They referred me back to you. Can you help me fix the issue please?
