I have just purchased the theme and I got an error when I want to activate it :

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in /var/www/html/thebestmicro/wp-content/themes/aqua/framework/shortcodes/shape_body_calc/shape_body_calc.php on line 41

I have tried to install it over WP 2.7.2 and 2.7.1.

      Thanks for your fast response.

      Hi Takeshia,

I need authorize required credentials to be able to visit your site. http://prntscr.com/evuj8a

This is maybe an IP prevention. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to give us credentials or unlock IP prevention.

      Best Regards,

      Hi Takeshia,

      I’ve tried but failed.
You can read this article and we need a helping hand from your hosting provider.
      https://jwsuperthemes.com/faq/

Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again.

If you are installing your theme from the WordPress theme installer, but get a message that says “Are you sure you want to do this?”, most likely your web server is configure with low PHP settings that only allow a certain size ZIP file to be uploaded via WP admin.

Most hosting companies configureure their servers to only have the maximum file upload size limit at 8-10 MB, some are less. The theme ZIP is currently about 34 MB in size which is due to the included plugins and all the demo content. So if you get this error, your web server is rejecting the upload due to the overall size of the theme.zip file. WordPress is unfortunately giving you a rather ambiguous message in response. This is not a theme issue or bug.

There two ways to solve this problem. You can get your web host to increase your PHP limits so a larger zip file is allowed to be uploaded. They will know which limits to set if you explain the issue. You can upload your theme via FTP. View our video tutorial in the Video section of the forum to learn how to install your theme via FTP. It is very easy and efficient.

      Recommended PHP configureuration limits are as follows: max_execution_time 60 memory_limit 128M post_max_size 48M upload_max_filesize 48M

      Best Regards,
      Sophie

Did you try upload your theme via FTP?
What was the help you needed from our hosting provider?

    • #5126

      Sorry for late reply!

We’ll try via FTP, but meanwhile, please contact hosting provider and ask them:
Recommended PHP configureuration limits are as follows:

      max_execution_time 60
      memory_limit 128M
      post_max_size 48M
      upload_max_filesize 48M

I’ll get back to inform you the result.

      Best Regards,
      Sophie

I have given up and decided to go with another theme.
      Can you refund the money?

    • #5542

I did not hear from you for a while.
Now I have purchased and using other paid theme from someone else.
You have tried, but your theme did not work in my instance.
Can you advice me how I can get a refund?

    • #5547

You gave us an incorrect FTP info, we cannot login to check the error. How we can know the problem comes from our theme or your hosting system.

Please be patient! After having received our support service failure, you can create a refund request here with the reasonable reason: http://themeforest.net/refund_requests/

      Thank you!

    • #5765

Can you work on https://demo2.aloha-hosting.com/a-venus-jws/ ?
It is a problem when you delete files and database at the same time I am working on the development. So I made a test site that I won’t touch.
