Cart Icons Missing From Header and Filter Not Working

Hi,

We have two issues that we can’t seem to figure out. The shopping cart and search icons all have disappeared from the header, and it just says “CART”. How do we resolve this?

Also on the shop page the Filter does not work. We want to be able to filter by price and filter by flavor. How do we resolve that as well?

Please disregard the unevenness of the columns. We added a match height library to make them all look the same.

But we still have an issue where when someone checks out it jumps to the footer before they enter their credit card. How do I fix this?
