Can't set the theme

I try to set the global footer but can’t fixed, the rows in Visual Composer doesn’t mantain the structures (in other thems works) in preview looks good but in front is different(4 immage in the same row, sreenshots in atach) .
I’am not sure if must activate the licenses of the plugins or not (intend Visual Composer and Slider Resolution) because can’t download the templates from them.
I don’t the guides for this specific theme, the tutorial videos is not so relevant to set that one in particular.
