      Hi, I have been working on this client’s site for a few weeks and everything was fine until now: I updated to the new theme version a few days ago.
      I can access and work on the WordPress backend but if I try to preview the site I only see a blank page.
      Please advise.

      Thank you for reaching us. Now your site is live again. The the reason why is that you haven’t activated some plugins after updating.

      Oh that’s weird! After I updated the theme, I did have all plugins activated, but it wasn’t working.
      The reason some were turned off now is because I thought one or more plugins were conflicting so I turn them off one by one to see which could cause this. I put some back but not all of them.
      Anyhow, thank you for looking into it and letting me know the problem.
