Hi,
I’m having a problem with the confusing menus. There are so many menu options I can’t figure out which one is which. Upon trying to customize the menu, now it’s just a mess. All I want are 6 options:
Home – Our Process – About Us – Products – FAQ – Contact
and for some reason, the menu doesn’t show up on mobile at all. How do I make these changes and fix the mobile menu issue?
Thanks,
Jonathan -

Hi,
How is it going fixing all of the broken things I’ve asked for? As I said before, I created an FTP (because the theme doesn’t work properly) but apparently I didn’t do something correct. So I asked you to create a correct one (I provided you the logins).
So, how is it going? Are you still working on it?
Thanks,

Hi,
This has NOT be corrected yet. There is no mobile menu. It’s showing up as blank (no menu) on mobile.
Let’s try this again:
1) This issue was never fixed: Testimonial Carousel & Testimonial Sliders Not Working https://jwsuperthemes.com/forums/topic/testimonial-carousel-testimonial-sliders-not-working/
2) This issue was never fixed: Aqua Theme Menus For some reason, the menu doesn’t show up on mobile at all. How do I make these changes and fix the mobile menu issue?
3) 8 Square Pictures On The “Full Width” Homepage So I want to change the pictures and I do understand that they are controlled from the “Space” option on the left side of the dashboard. However, I DO NOT want them linked to an individual post which it seems like they are. How do I:
A) Unlink them from being clickable and going to a post (which is not necessary to me).
B) Create a duplicate of the same set of pictures on the same page underneath it?
I would like to have a set of pictures under “Discover Our Space” and another set for “Before & Afters”. However, in the visual editor, I cannot find where these pictures are being pulled in from or how to duplicate them… Help would be appreciated.
These are the current problems. All of these issues seemed to come down to “I need your FTP logins” and you wouldn’t help me set them up correctly. Even though you have full access to the cPanel. Please help me fix them permanently so we can move on. Thank you!
Thanks,
Jonathan -

Hi,
Okay, I assumed there would be a traditional menu at the top being shown. Then it’s all good now.
Thank you,
