      Many apologies as I’ve seen many of these on your forum however I still can’t get it to work. I followed https://jwsuperthemes.com/forums/topic/how-to-use-one-click-import-demo-data/ and increased the the memory_limit to 256, however my host doesn’t allow me to set the execution time to 600.

      Those values on your site system are standard. This means we still can work with them. Don’t worry!

      If you agree, I’ll re-install and import the dummy data for you from the beginning.

      It is so weird! When I type /wp-admin at the end of URL, it turns to: http://prntscr.com/fehxx2

      It seems to prevent me from logging in your Admin site.

        That is odd – I can sign in with no problems. Is it perhaps cached? Do you mind trying another browser? Thanks!

      I’ve tried on some different browsers but still failed 🙁
      I should be an administrator, then I can access like you.
      Or if you have another domain, I’ll try on it.

      This is so odd because that account has full administrative access. I can’t even import the sample data anymore either. Do you have any suggestions on how I should try and do it myself then?

      Sophie, I tried the manual wordpress importer and could not find the /dummy-data folder anywhere in the theme folder. Is this perhaps the problem? As a result I couldn’t import the content.xml file. Could you perhaps send me that folder, or is there anywhere I can download it? I’ve tried downloading the theme multiple times from Themeforest.net (where I purchased it) but each time I do not have that /dummy-data folder.
