Vogi is a premium WooCommerce theme created in September 2016 by JWSthemes, an Envato elite author. With this theme, you can quickly turn your website into an online store and instantly start selling your products. It comes with useful tools like pre-made homepages, eShop content blocks, product pages and menus that will guide the visitors through your website. Vogi brings you an intuitive and neat interface to help you build a beautiful site.

Design

If you are passionate about details, with the eight background patterns available, you can texture your whole website. With the one click sample data system, Vogi gives you the possibility to import dummy content and start developing your site using pre-made pages, posts, and images from the media library.

You can create beautifully and various pages using one of the eight pre-made templates available. You can customize your pages with elements like Blog Carousel, Top Selling Products, Custom search mega, Portfolio Grid, Banner Header, etc.. In the theme’s panel, you can choose from six blog and five homepage layouts to add even more style to your website. Also, you can change the Header, Footer and Title Bar for each page, individually.

With the six header styles available you can set up a strong visual impact on your website. When you want to customize the footer area, please have in mind that the theme’s author divided this sector into three sections: Top, Center, and Bottom. You can choose columns, background color or image and set the wanted widths.

From the Vogi’s Options panel, you can select the layout you want for your Archive/ Single post from a list of four styles. Furthermore, when you create a new post you can add a Standard, Aside, Image, Video, Audio, Quote, Link, Gallery or Status format.

With hover effects and sliders, your products will look amazing, and you can showcase them on in different ways. Vogi allows you to create individual portfolios and then include them in pages using the Portfolio Grid element. All over the website, you will have nice content to share with your visitors and friends, on Twitter, Facebook, Google+ or LinkedIn. You can customize typography using the Google Fonts and see them in a preview.

You can also add a wishlist, a cart, currency, checkout system or filter categories to build an excellent online store on your website.

Functionality

The theme comes with a simple Theme Options panel, structured in 15 sub-menus like General Settings, Header, Main menu, Styling, Typography, Shop, Import/Export and others. Some of these options can be visualized and applied on the frontend, right from the Customizer.

Vogi comes bundled with the Visual Composer drag and drop page builder plugin, which allows you to customize the pages and posts on both frontend or backend. Besides the 24 custom elements, you can use another 17 WooCommerce blocks and much more that come with the Visual Composer.

The JWSthemes developers created eight custom widgets like @Vogi Newsletter, Search Bar, Show Category, which you can include in the sidebar.
The Vogi theme comes with the JWS Plugins pack, premium Visual Composer, Revolution Slider and the WooCommerce currency switcher, WooCommerce, Newsletter, Contact Form 7, YITH plugins, which will provide your theme with more usability.
This template is compatible with the WPML plugin which will help you build a multilanguage website. Also, Vogi has RTL support.

Downsides

The documentation is less detailed than expected, without a search bar. Although it includes helpful video tutorials and screenshots to find the answer to a specific question can be difficult in Vogi theme’s docs.

There is no translation panel built-in, but the theme is compatible with the free Poedit language plugin, or with the premium WPML plugin.
